When submitting a "lineup card", "transaction" or "trade" via a form on this website...If you do not get a response of "Your transaction has been sent to the League Transaction Office" or something similar, your submittle did not go through.

If you do not receive this reponse, please fill out the form and then copy and paste it in an email to the league office.
